Most of the food you see pictured is pulled from this dirt. This is the garden in June from year one of vegan eating.
We have onions, kale, rainbow chard, cilantro, oregano, mint, basil, thyme, spinach ready to eat. And loads of squash, tomatoes, peppers, strawberries, eggplant, collards all about to start producing.
Below is the garden in August. Tons of zucchini to harvest and I’ll have way too many tomatoes in about a week.
